• Processing Time.-
  After your order is placed you should expect the following
  notification from us:
  
  1.- Via email you will receive our first Email with your ORDER
  ID the confirmation of your order. ORDER ID, should be used
  at all times when you contact us to find out about your order
  status.
  
  2.- Within the next 4 - 5 Days you will receive via E-mail
  the following:
  
  A.- Our second E-mail with the receipt of your order, this 
  will mean that process is completed and you order will be 
  released to a carrier the following day. 
  
  B.- Our third E-mail will have the tracking/pro-number and
  the name of the company that will deliver to you.
  
  ORDER EXCEPTIONS  notifications.
  
  BACK ORDER notification. this email will have an E.T.A.
  (Estimated time of arrival) of the merchandise you ordered.
  
  DISCONTINUED notification. If the item your ordered is/was
  discontinued you will be notified and we will provide you a
  substitute item.
   
• ASSEMBLING YOUR FURNITURE:
  
  We shipped our furniture in two ways:
  
  Pre assembled furniture:  
  80 - 95% of item's main components are completely assembled
  and will only need to be attached to the frame with the simple
  use of a screwdriver. All hardware is included along with easy,
  fully illustrated assembly instructions for quick setup.
  Minimal assembly needed.
  
  Ready-to-Assemble Furniture Kits:
  Do-it-yourself plan 1-2-3! This kit option contains all the pre-cut,
  pre-drilled and pre-fitted, hardware and fully illustrated assembly
  instructions needed to build the item yourself. A Philips screwdriver
  is the only tool needed for assembly.
  
   
• SHIPPING COMPANIES:
  
  A.- For small size merchandise (less than 70 lbs) we will use 
  FedEx or UPS shipped via Ground services.
  
  Adult signature will be requested
  
  B.- For Over size merchandise more than 70 lbs freight liner
  companies will be used (LTL) to deliver your order. Usually
  freight liners companies will contact you before they attempt
  to deliver your order. We recommend, once you have being
  notified via E-mail with your Pro/Tracking number and the
  name of the transportation company, you contact them to
  arrange delivery time.
  
  All orders are "TAILGATE" or  "CURBSIDE" delivery. The
  driver will often place the product at your front door. 
  
  If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make sure you have
  someone who can help with this.
  
   
• INSIDE DELIVERY.-
  
  Our freight carriers offers "inside delivery" and charge
  a fee associated with this service that can range from $75
  to $125 depending on the delivery area. While some of our
  customers opt for and pay us for this service, we have
  fund that tipping the drivers is a more cost effective and
  efficient method of achieving an “inside delivery”. The
  reality of the situation is that the customer (you) are
  dealing with the personality of the final delivery driver.
  A $50 bill that goes directly into the driver’s pocket is great
  motivation for the driver to take care of our product and
  serve you with a smile! Please keep in mind however that
  the driver is not required to perform an “inside delivery”.
  
  
   
• HANDLING FEE.- There is a $9.00 (Nine dollars) flat
  handling fee for all orders (non-refundable).

• FLORIDA RESIDENTS.- Will be charged Florida sales tax 7% .
• FREIGHT SURCHARGE.- The table below shows the states
  that cost us more to ship to and we have to pass this extra
  cost along. FREIGHT SURCHARGE will be calculated based on the
  total cost of all furniture purchased.
